Titans you have the best exotics in the game right now for PvE. So much so that its actually hard to choose which one of these is better. Both fit the role of empowering melee attacks to stupid levels which as a titan is the dream. One activates upon being surrounded by enemies while the other charges up depending on final blows.
Each also has additional effects;
Synthoceps increases super damage substantially and provides bonuses to weapon reload and handling. Both with the same criteria of being surrounded.
Wormgod Caress increases weapon damage alongside melee damage with each stack of burning fists, up to a total of 35%. Making your shotguns or whatever else you happen to be using even more powerful.
Each of these options will be perfect for the vast majority of content in the game but certain situations fit each of them just a little better, one of the exotics maybe just edging it out overall as the best melee option.
