Undertale is a role-playing game (RPG) created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The game involves a child who has fallen into the Underground, a large, secluded region underneath the surface of the Earth, separated by a magic barrier. The game is inspired by Earthbound/Mother and Mario & Luigi, and features a unique script with dialogue options and choices. These choices affect the game, with the dialogue, characters, and story changing based on outcomes.
