"We don't like it, and we don't play it (and neither can Steam gamers, now)." Congratulations. You banned this "controversial" game off of Steam, a game that you can still get on itch.io and a couple of sites on the seven seas. Good job, guys.

No, those guys are already messed up to begin with. Censoring the No Mercy game is not solving the problem. I played the game, and I found out that it's just an average 3D adult visual novel. It's really nothing special, but people kept on treating like it's special, people like you.
"We have to inhabit a world where men and boys around us think that rape is a bit of fun and cannot see women as human beings." You also live in a world where not just men and boys, but people in general think that murder is a bit of fun. Just saying.
"Media that promotes rape and encourages men and boys to act it out on virtual women for entertainment - like this game - feeds into the very attitudes that fuel men's violence against us." No, it doesn't. Men that commit violence to you are already messed up to begin with. This game does not contribute to that whatsoever, especially considering how it's just your average by-the-numbers 3D adult visual novel. It's nothing special. There are worse adult media than this. Some are even more popular.
