Both #Raspberry_Pi_Zero and Raspberry Pi Zero W are ok. WiFi version can make subsequent setup easier but it may draining more power continuously, i.e. shorter battery life. my favourite way to do things (I like to understand it and be able to reproduce it from scratch), at least I could confirm the screen worked and have a working configuration
