Grand Guilds is a pretty amazing, for an indie, turn-based RPG that's not at all too tactical. What this means is that there are no covers for you to hide your characters behind, and there are no flanking bonus or height/terrain advantages. However, you can attack enemies who are diagonally adjacent to your character in this game so do make sure to keep that in mind when setting up choke points with your tank.
