This is only a guess, but if you precisely run up the stairs on Kronos island right after the area where the first tower fight is, you can fly off with immense momentum. This clip didn’t make it over the invisible wall maybe you could completely skip the Joshua Method. If this ends up working then it would be extremely difficult and I assume could save 10-20 seconds.

Note: this clip was performed on Switch, with a clean save file.
