There's No Place Like Biome | Preserve (Nature Focused Hex-World Builder - Demo)
226Preserve is a very pretty nature focused world builder game where we transform barren hex tiles (yay for hex tiles!) into ones full of life!
We begin with a handful of hex tiles and they're all a bit bland but, with a little bit of magic, we make it rain and turn them into nice green tiles ready for us to restore nature!
Using various cards we build up little ecosystems, so meadows, grasslands, wetlands, mountains, that kind of thing. We get points for building them up and the bigger they are the more animals we can put into them! That's right, there are animals!
Animals can only go into certain types of environment, for example bees can go into meadows or grasslands, and if we get three animals of the same type in one environment we get a hefty points boost. If we get three different animals into one environment it's worth even more points!
When we get a certain amount of points we get ourselves more cards and also more land, which means we can then get even more points and build up a lovely little world!

Vertical map expansion
In Preserve, you can expand the map not only horizontally, but you also posses an ability to stack layers of nature, forming a vertical network of interconnected habitats.
Diverse biome habitats
From alpine forests and savannas to carribean reefs, each biome will have its own unique set of plants, animals, and environmental challenges to discover and overcome.
Multiple Game Modes
Besides regular harmony and puzzle game modes, creative mode lets you build the land without limitations and photo mode allows you to capture and share your creations at the end of each session.
Natural Wonders
Nothing can beautify your map more than natural wonders like the snowy Alps, lavender fields or redwood forests, which you can acquire thanks to a unique card upcycle system
