Hello and welcome to Magnolia County, Superior! Today is a HUGE day - Clearwater Southern is finally breaking ground on their rail yard and cargo train terminal. And while Jamila believed that to be the only project breaking ground, she was surprised to find out that two other major projects will be breaking ground alongside her project - a Geothermal Power Plant and a brand new Industrial Park.

In this episode, we'll break ground on all the projects and get them operational. We'll work to ensure that things are laid out logically and a realistically as possible. We'll also discuss building scales and how close CS2 comes to the game, with regard to industrial assets. And by the end, we'll have a HUGE new employment hub for the community that will supercharge growth in the entire county!
