After completing their projects in the Town of Nicolet, Russ Kowalski and Ben Begay are looking for their next big project; however, the men have dramatically different ideas of what that project should be. After giving it some thought, they work out a deal to divide their holdings and develop independently for the first time. This will give Russ the rights to develop two major tourism destinations on Marquette Island – the largest beach in the area and a beautiful 9-hole golf course – while leaving Ben with an entire island to develop as he sees fit!

In this episode, we’re going to focus on Russ’s development, and in the next one, we’ll work on Ben’s. We’ll use assets from the Hotels and Retreats DLC to craft a resort, and bring back assets from Verde Beach and Clearwater County to round out the development of the island. Enjoy!
