Dungeon Master problem or opportunity in disguise? This one comes up quite a lot in tabletop gaming especially fantasy games like Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder. It's the video game mentality combined with the old school dungeon delves of old I believe. A time when RPGs were more about focusing on the game aspect and combat more than social interaction and role-playing. Somewhere along the way the concept of adventure equals murder hobo cropped up and kind of stuck. To the point where this is how how some now regard role-playing games and it's their style of game play.
