On October 8 they launched the v21.1.5 of this popular Arch Linux-based distribution. It didn't come long after the previous dot update, and I think the installation issues had something to do with it. In 21.1.4 and in the initial release of 21.1.5 it was not possible to install the system if BTRFS was not used, a bug that is expected to have finally been fixed in the Manjaro 21.1.6 that available since last night.
Manjaro 21.1.6 matches stable version 2021-10-16. The first numbering is the one carried by the ISO images, and for existing users the packages are updated from the same operating system and the numbering is the date. And as for the news, they are not very prominent, especially for those who do not use KDE software.

KDE Gear has been updated to 21.08.2.
KDE Frameworks has uploaded to 5.87.0.

The update in Manjaro KDE weighs slightly more than 700mb, while in other versions, such as i3, it is just over 400mb. It is a bit surprising that this time kernels have not been updated, but not much if we take into account that they did update them 8 days before. The newest is Linux 5.14.10, and they note that the 5.13 series has already reached the end of its life cycle (EOL).
