A new ASIC miner was just revealed recently that could finally put an end to mining on Nvidia GeForce RTX GPUs such as the RTX 3080 which is great news for PC gamers. The Bitmain Antminer E9 Ethereum ASIC miner is supposedly capable of up to 3 Gigahashes/s and will be as powerful as 32 RTX 3080s. The question is will it be cheap enough.
