921This found footage horror game will MESS YOU UP in VR, playing something like this flat screen can be slightly spooky, but playing it in FULL VR with 3D, depth, scale and a pair of surround sound headphones on will make you SWEAT! This is Don't Scream, an Unreal Engine 5 horror game / found footage horror game that monitors the players microphone and challenges them not to scream or make an excessive noise for a full 18minutes whilst they wander through a forest filled with horrific creatures and nearly endless jumpscares. It's an intense experience that is made a thousand times better thanks to VR, which is achieved by using the excellent UEVR mod (Unreal Engine VR mod / Unreal Engine VR Injector), a free download that allows you to play Unreal Engine 4 and 5 games in full glorious VR complete with motion control support. Dont Scream is currently in early access with plans to add additional content to the game in the form of better scares, more objectives, more locations and generally a more fleshed out experience and I for one am excited to see how the game evolves on the road towards full release. Perhaps the UEVR mod will prompt them to look into native VR support, although honestly UEVR makes it feel like a native VR horror game already...

All Dont Scream VR gameplay in this video was captured using a Quest 3 with a wired PC VR connection running on a 4090 VR ready PC. The game is maxed out on the highest settings and performs exceptionally well in VR.
