Hey everyone and welcome to Dementia. In this game, you explore a house that is a lot like your home. But things change. Literally. You begin to wonder, is it your home? Are you lost? Is this a nightmare or have you truly lost your mind?

I was surprised and very pleased with this experience. There are so many horror games and movies that take place in a haunted house atmosphere. And though that may seem so cliche, this game introduces a unique element, memory. As you progress through the game, the house begins to change, almost seemlessly. And to add to the tension, there's a creature that lurks the halls of the house. If I'm being 100% honest, I feel that the monster is out of place in this story, unless it has some significance to the protagonist's condition. The game at first is already building up tension on it's own, so to add a monster just makes it feel like it's two different games. Besides that, and the "flashlight" issue, I thought this game was really well crafted. I really enjoyed the design of the house, and at times it feels like it's a living entity.
