This iPhone wireless microphone has a very impressive range and it's cheap.

While this cheap wireless microphone isn't going to be the best mic in the world, it has a very impressive wireless range.

In the video you can clearly see how far away I was from the iPhone when vlogging doing the range test. But what was really impressive was that the signal didn't break up when the cars and traffic were passing between the microphone and transmitter and the receiver on the iPhone and breaking line of sight. You still clearly hear my voice.

And the price is very impressive, seriously, it's very cheap for what it is. In the UK this only £20.

The transmitter basically has a lavalier microphone built in and between it and the receiver, the whole thing is tiny. As you can see in the cutaway for the transmitter and the microphone attached to me.

The transmitter lavalier microphone has a small rechargeable battery built in and the package comes with a USB cable to charge the transmitter microphone. The receiver is directly powered by the iPhone itself via the Lightning socket on the iPhone, which is where you plug the receiver into.

The iPhone I was using is the iPhone SE 3 2022. The wireless mic should work with most iPhones that aren't too old and have an ups to date version of iOS.

Also, the iPhone video setup that I was using is what I always use for any of my phones and it's great for filming with your iPhone. This iPhone filming setup or iPhone filming rig is much better than holding the iPhone directly with your hand and gives a lot more stabilisation as it's easier to hold. The mini tripod legs are also really useful so you can quickly place your iPhone vlogging setup on a flat surface when out and about filming or vlogging.

I forgot to say in the video, this wireless mic was sent to me in exchange for a review and no money changed hands.
