This is the Best DIGIMON CYBER SLEUTH PvP Video on Youtube! (100th PvP Video Celebration)
This is my 100th Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition PvP Video that I've uploaded. In celebration; I'm fighting everyone who played a role in the journey to this video.
0:35 - VS Clem (Clem is my IRL friend and I got him into this game by telling him about how good the PvP is. He ended up really enjoying the story mode as we played it together. He then developed his own playstyle for this game which is wholeheartedly his own, where he relies on unusual tactics, unexpected and over the top aggression, and goes for style points that most wouldn't have the balls to try for)
9:00 - VS Daeuteronomy (Daeu taught me most of what I know about this game's mechanics back when I joined the Digimon PvP fightclub discord. I've since become inactive there as I became more involved in the Cyber Sleuth + DCG discord server, but I owe my foundation that I have in this game to his teachings. I'm glad that he came to show off not only an interesting team, but a team that utilizes shock and high speed stats, something that him and his friends have practiced. Daeu was also the first PvP opponent featured on my channel in my very first CSCE PvP video)
15:18 - VS Matt (Matt seems to frequent most of the active Cyber Sleuth discords and is a great person to have around when talking about strategy or experimentation. He also has become quite connected with the Japanese PvP community on Switch, so there is a good opportunity to further connect the global community for this game and increase the chances of fun and bettering ourselves through cooperation and competition. Matt has been featured quite often in my PvP vids since he joined the community)
27:47 - VS Hanabi (This guy fought alongside Daeu in tournaments on the Bravehearts server that operated using teams of 3 and clearly has a deep understanding of the game like Daeu does. Even though I forwent his request to include J-rock music in our fight as I didn't want to create info cards and pick songs for this whole video outside of easily taking my favourite tracks from my Sonic OST folder, I hope that he can forgive me. Perhaps I will delay his song request for a future video. Hanabi was also instrumental in helping to teach me the mechanics of this game and helped me refine my skills through battling early while I picked up CSCE PvP)
32:04 - VS Koori Plays (Koori is a good friend of mine, and a fellow moderator of the Cyber Sleuth PvP + DCG server. They convinced me to start playing the DCG via begging, something that I was against because I knew that I would spend too much money if I got into it (which I did, but I ended up getting a job to cover those expenses so its okay(I swear)) As a fellow content creator I'm always excited to see how Koori intends to expand their channel and their involvement in the Digimon franchise. I always appreciate when they upload a video packed with obscure Digimon info and commonly I learn something from each of their videos)
37:53 - VS Skullcap (Also known as Vagabond, this guy has become a dear friend of mine thanks to our interactions over discord. He's a wise and thoughtful person with a golden heart and a creative mind, so I am honoured to know him. He is working on becoming a content creator himself and I really wish him the best of success because he has the passion and big-picture concept needed to create something meaningful using the platform that he works with, and I genuinely want to watch his content. It's very likely that you'll see some collaborations between him and myself sometime in the future, so keep an eye out)
41:11 - Thanks
I want to give thanks to:
~everyone who appeared in this video for your contributions to the community and for letting my viewers witness the glory of your battling. I wish that I had contact with Kuro, or Toshimasu, who were featured often in my ranked PvP videos, so that I could have included them, or even gotten to know them better, but they are here in spirit every time I battle as it's also thanks to them that I could have refined my skills as I have.
~those who came before me and made the life that I live possible, with exceptional note to Epictetus, a philosopher without whom I would have lived a very different and less fulfilling life.
~my viewers who have enjoyed my content. Primarily, I make videos because I enjoy making them, but as how I include memes at the beginning of each of my PvP videos, if my content can make anyone else's day any bit better, as many others' content has done for me before, then I don't think I could have accomplished anything greater with my work.
~Sayo, ShineGreymon, and all the cool stuff Digimon has to offer. Life can be hard, and we live in a very unusual period of time where there are more questions to answer about one's life than ever before. I'm grateful to have an escape in a world like Digimon where I can just relax and enjoy the world as I please, where everything can make sense, or doesn't even have to make sense, and everything can be okay either way.
