THE HARDCORE RULESET: (EFT Version 0.13.1)

1. You can't purchase any equipment other than cases, maps, and "special items" from traders with money.
2. Roubles can be exchanged for Dollars and Euros with Traders.
3. You are allowed to barter for items with traders.
5. You must delete all starting items.
6. You can't use the flea market or take out insurance on any items.
7. Only unidentified keys may be placed into the pouch while in-raid. The pouch may be used to 'hold' any item temporarily while in raid but you can't move while doing this.
8. Only keys, cash, and containers that hold these may be placed in the pouch and taken into a raid.
9. Scav Raids allowed, but you've got to 'pay' 100K Rubles, or the equivalent in Euros or Dollars by deleting it from your stash.
