Turns out giving a character Falco's Laser except it's also Falco's Shine is massively overpowered when your flying ability makes combos that carry foes offscreen no matter their percent far too easy.
Just making the move a traditional fox laser was already too good when you could fly around rapid-firing the laser like the spaceships from those old Touhou-style arcade shmups.
I care about game balance(sorta) so I'll rework this move into something a bit more interesting.
