So the plot thickens. It seems that not only are scam game publishers stealing publishing names, but now also games! The Backrooms 1998 is a game by SteelKrill Studio and they just discovered that Backrooms Horror Escape by COOL DEVS SRL is an exact copy of their game! And by exact copy, I mean EXACT. COOL DEVS literally ripped the game from steam, decompiled it and re-published it as their own game.
