This terrible design in FPS game. Bouncing room.
Serious Sam: The Second Encounter has a lot of interesting gimmicky moment, but this bouncing room is the worst gimmick. Once you got bounced, you almost has no control to your character. It moved really sluggish to encounter those 3 annoying enemies. There's enemies can throw projectiles and also enemies explode on contact, Kamikaze. (I do love the doppler effects in this game).
Somehow, the developer put 4 really small white pill, or in this case "switch to turn off gravity mode if you take 2 white pills for a short time". But to take that pill is very risky due to it's small hitbox while enemies attacking you. I'm playing on Serious (hardest) difficulty.
And yeah, the moment that can end player's carrier and this bouncing room still hated by fans. Who tought this is good idea anyway?
