How to make Scawy:
1. Import your clip into Vegas Pro and use the cropping preset "16:9 Widescreen TV Aspect Ratio" if the original clips aspect ratio is 4:3.
2. Add the effect Radial Blur.
Center: 0.500, 0.500
Type: Proportional
Strength: 0.580
3: Add the NewBlueFX effect, Film Camera and use the preset "Earthquake!" and set the Flicker and Flicker rate to 0.
4. Add the effect Gradient Map.
Circle 0, R: 255 G: 255 B: 0 A: 255
Circle 1, R: 255 G: 0 B: 0 A: 255
Circle 2: R: 47 G: 0 B: 0 A: 255
5: Duplicate your audio track. Pitch-shift each one to -4 and -6 semitones, and add ExpressFX Distortion Mangle on each tracks.
