Thunder Belt is pretty good in terms of the diverse stats it gives.
Mana regen, CD reduction, defense and HP.
Its unique passive is called Thunderbolt.
Thunderbolt deals true damage based on the wearer's 2% maximum HP.
It activates when doing a basic attack right after casting a skill.
Thunder Belt can hit and slow up to 3 enemies nearby.
So who can use Thunder Belt?
I'd recommend it to heroes who has mana that needs durability and can also spam their skills.
Kaja can use it because it works well with his passive skill.
Belerick can use it because of his 2nd skill where he needs to do basic attacks.
Uranus can use it because he can spam his skills consecutively making it easy to activate Thunderbolt.
