The TI5 EU Open Qualifier, arranged by FACEIT, was a 1024-team bracket played out in order to crown a champion that would then qualify for the TI5 EU Invite Qualifier. From the Ro32 and onwards, The GD Studio provided coverage of the bracket being played out up until a single team was left unbeaten, that then qualified for the main qualifier.
Games were casted on The GD Studio Twitch channel throughout the day, featuring various talent such as James "2GD" Harding, Andy "Draskyl" Stiles, Jorien "Sheever" van der Heijden, Owen "ODPixel" Davies and Shane "shaneomad" Clarke.
