In this video we go over the "Ties that Bind" action skill for Amara. This action skill has now been buffed along with all the other action skills. They also made it so that this skill does not see an increase in damage from Do Harm and class mod bonuses. However, the 600% increase in damage makes it even better than using it with do Harm. Borderlands 3
