Over the past week, the music industry was shaken up by the removal of all Universal Music Group songs from the popular app, TikTok. This means that every Drake, Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift (UMG), and Kanye song have been wiped from the platform. Every video using these songs were muted as well.
