Hello! For this sixth set of challenges in TimeSplitters 1, we’re going to be doing some annoying tasks in the boots of SWAT soldiers! :)
The first trial, ‘Barrel Blast,’ is the closest thing you’ll get to an actual chore in this game… You have to destroy seventy-two radioactive barrels with your rifle … very slowly one by one… Not only are you bored out of your mind, but you also get cancer! 🙃
Event 6-B, ‘Bodyguard’, involves escorting and protecting Lieutenant Christine Malone as a swarm of enemies attack her from all sides! This mission can become messy really fast…
Challenge 6-C, ‘Heist,’ is the best of the bunch and you must stop thugs from stealing more than five bags from a bank…
But of course, to end this atrocious series on a high note, it suffers from a unique bug: if you don’t let the thieves earn at least one point, you’ll never be able to unlock the reward for this mission! You can even lose it if you restart it afterwards with a perfect score…
So, this was the cream of the crop for today… But even more fun awaits us in the next section! :’D
