I'm not an Ecologist. My name is not Kruglov. My job is to infiltrate the Ecologist Faction and make them believe, that I am one of them. I will look like one of them. I will act like one of them. I will live like one of them. I have to do it the hard way. This is the Exclusion Zone, and it takes your full attention, talent and wit, just to be able to survive. If you lack any of those, you won't last very long. When someone calls for Kruglov, I will answer to it. I am the Tinker.

Encrypted Diary: At the Gas Station in southern Zaton, near several crossroads, I found a lone survivor of an Ecologist squad. The green suited Ecologist wasn't going to survive all by himself, so I hired him as a Companion, so he would follow me and act as backup firepower.

We passed by the two Soldiers I had seen kill the two Loners at the Krug Antenna. My destination was the Substation, where the circuit boards that Professor Hermann needed, were supposed to be located. We found a couple of Ecologist there, and a three-man Duty squad. I found the circuit boards and decided to take the two Ecologist with me.

I needed to go back to the Bridge, and I had three new Companions as escort. My biggest concern was being caught outdoors in a storm.
