I'm not a Bandit. My name is not Kruglov. My job is to infiltrate whichever Factions that I choose, in order to investigate and track down the new prototype weapons and ammunition, that has entered the Zone. My first success with this has been when I joined the Bandit Faction. I am the Tailor.

Encrypted Diary: After giving the Ecologists some time to lose their interest and wander off, I went back topside again, finding the rain had finally let up. I saw the green and white Ecologist climb out of the basin and head towards the Dock Cranes. Down below Beard gave me a job for an artifact, that was easily found in my storage chest of valuables. This raised my relations score with the Loners to -129, which had been so much hard work, going back and forth between Zaton & Jupiter.

I watched the green and white Ecologists return and were at the camp atop the hill overlooking the Skadovsk. When the Psi Storm hit, the Ecologists ran to the north, towards the upper plateau, and I saw other figures running toward the ship. It was other Loners and right as they neared the ship, they got zapped in the Psi Storm. Somehow their death ( I reloaded two saves for identical outcomes ) beside the Skadovsk, was instantly making me lose over 1,000 points with the Loners. My PDA declared the Bandits and Loners were now at war, and the ships armed personnel attacked me. This was exactly what I had feared would happen, but I didn't expect a Psi Storm to be the catalyst.



* Game Note: Always make a save before you take a mission you may not like. I tried to get a job from one the Skadovsk's crew, that ended up being far to the south in the Wild Territory. I reloaded the save to try again, hoping the location might rotate, to something closer. It was the same again, which meant that when I reloaded once more, I would simply not take the job.

Apparently, this is a situation I had seen in my other games, but actually seeing the Loners who got zapped and instantly giving me the 1,000-point loss, going from negative yellow to negative red. Doing this two times and seeing the same exact result, made me realize I could not escape this situation, as long as I was aboard the Skadovsk, for this to happen. I did not want the Bandit Loner wart now, nor do I want to kill any Skadovsk crew. My next video will show how I fixed this problem.
