Developer Sushee partnered with Square Enix to release their point-and-click title, Goetia. Presented with a type of horror ambiance (but not actually scary), players play a spirit (presented similar to a Will-o'-the-Wisp), poking around an old manor in over 90 rooms in search of clues. Investigations soon lead to surrounding areas as well: ruins, woods, caves, and an abandoned village.
As a point-and-click, controls are fairly limited. Hovering the mouse pointer over an object may reveal it allows interaction. When interacting, the spirit may choose to examine, interact (such as reading a book), or possess the given object (thus allowing the object to be moved). C opens a codex, where notes are stored.
Abigail Blackwood, having lost memory of what has happened, only recently has come to understand that she is deceased, a spirit wandering the world. She returns to the Blackwood Manor in an effort to piece together her own past, as well as that of the doomed Blackwood family. Secret rooms and deals with demons are but a few of the things she discovers along the way. Let's play Goetia and discover the past with her.
