6. Noire can inflict 3 types of Negative statuses, she just needs two more for max additional dmg (500%). While [Spotlight] is a negative status but it gets shifted to units with highest HP and it's not reliable to increase Noire's Ult on the main enemy target. If there are more than 3 negative statuses, it's not worth wasting 1 AP to shift negative statuses to the main enemy. Hence, bring units that inflict more unique negative statuses like Argus. Argus [Pinpointed] can easily stack up to over 10 allowing Noire to reach 30% Penetration Rate on her Ult.

7. If both enemies have many types/stacks of Negatives Statuses, don't use S1 BEFORE her Ult as S1 will remove all negative status onto one enemy and using S1/S2 before her Ult will waste moxie. However, if the main enemy has (0-2) negative status, it's okay to waste 1 AP using S1 to shift all the negative statuses to it or S2 to apply more negative statuses before using Ult. Remember that multiple Ult attacks, each will inflict additional negative status on the unit with [Spotlight allowing her subsequent Ult tondo more damage.

Due to Noire getting a lot of moxie and tend to overflow (the free moxie at the beginning of the round when inflicting [Spotlight] will be wasted when Ult is already generated), moxie overflow is really useful for her. (Anjo, Tuesday, and Melania Euphoria allows moxie overflow). While she can Ult twice in a row, try not to do that as you will have insufficient [Genius Insight].

9. Every time Noire Atk the unit with [Spotlight], she inflicts 1 Negative status. Using Rank 1 S2 will inflict 2, Rank 2 inflict 3 and Rank 3 inflict 4. An Ann Lee Euphoria hence allows Noire to inflict many negative status, while it may not be for the number of types, but it is beneficial to increase the stacks of negative status to achieve 10 stacks for 30% Penetration Rate.
