In this tip of the week video, Sully shows you how he uses a free-standing heat gun to heat up plastic boots, hands, etc., and take them off the action figure bodies easier and without risking breakage. He also shows you his old school way of doing it with a glass of hot water. You can use a hair blow dryer, but it's more difficult unless you can prop it up and still be able to use both hands.
