Alexander & Richard discuss their research of the ways of play and experience of Classics students whilst playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Over the course of eight weeks, two cohorts students (of different genders, education programs, and prior game experience) played Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and reported on their experiences with the game’s protagonist, Alexios/Kassandra. Alexander and Richard investigated how the players constructed their in-game presence.
