Yes, sharpening stone. Originally, it was only obtainable from jungle, underground. But now, Terraria 1.4.1 added new method now, which is just buying it from hardmode merchant. Nothing to crazy, right? Now you can buy all the buff station from town NPCs. Now we need a way to obtain crystal ball and ammo box naturally.

But of course, the thing cannot be not broken, and it is broken. Not sure if it's Terraria fault or the buff system's fault, but strangely, only thing you have to do to get buff is holding the melee weapon, rather than attacking with it.
