Warframe has a really bad new player experience due to lack of actual tutorials and general directions of where the player should go next. Hopefully, this video can at least guide you on some of the few things that you can do in the beginning of the game.

I forgot to actually write it on the script and record it, but after visiting Cetus on Earth and experiencing the Open World map for the first time, ignore it until you're far into the game. The same specially goes to Fortuna--Venus' Open World map. These maps require late-game builds and skills to fully explore them so once you enter them and unlocked the next node, do them instead and come back to the open worlds after a certain point in the game.
