Titan- Forge Miniatures: Amazons of the Serpent Temple- a closer look!
75I enjoy Titan Forge's models. They have a lot of personality and charm, and they tend to bring a unique spin on more traditional gaming tropes.
They kickstarted a new range of Amazons from the Temple of the Serpent in 2019, along with a slew of updated Ogre models for their Bloodsail Island range.
Somehow Barzam (my brother) got his pledge before mine. Not only did he get his pledge, he even managed to paint a variety of models from it! Lucky...
There's a lot of really nice touches to the figures. Each unit consists of five sculpts, and each type of unit has their own distinct armor patterns. There's also a good amount of unit types, which coincidentally match up to a lot of the model profiles in a lizardman army...
While the models are on the more normal size of model scale these days, that almost works to their advantage instead of the usual over the top proportions we see in some lines.
Now if I could only remember what I pledge for. Pretty sure I got the Ogre Conquistadors.
