Titanfall 2 Quick TIPS & TRICKS (Gameplay Tactics)
185This video explores a few Quick TIPS & TRICKS for Titanfall 2. Throughout the video I discuss a number of Gameplay Tactics and examine how they may benefit you during a multiplayer match. After verbally explaining each tips, I then provide a number of video examples displaying each strategy in action. By the end, my goal is to help supply the average Titanfall 2 player with more ways to go about achieving victory.
TIP ONE (Wall Watching)
Drop your A-Wall tactical ability just inside the parimeter of an objective. Watch for your game hud to alert you as to whether or not the objective is being contested. If so, patiently wait for your opponent to reveal himself. You can also perform this strategy in a defensive manner. While protecting an objective, if at any point you feel an enemy opponent is approaching, drop your tactical ability and begin to "Wall Watch."
TIP TWO (Pest Control)
When an enemy pilot has decided to board your Titan, face a direction that assures there is a clear patch of land behind you. Once that pilot has jumped off, immediately double dash (or phase shift with Ronin) backwards. Because the default rodio dismount annimation is guarenteed to send that pilot directly backwards as well, 9 times out of 10 they will either land right infront of you or you will simply squish them like the pesky bugs they are.
TIP THREE (Phase Attack)
Make sure to equip "Phase Shift" and an "Arc Grenade" to your pilot loadout. If at any point you find yourself in the vulnerable position of possibly dying, enter Phase Shift. While in this tactical ability state, you can't damage enemy opponents with bullets or equipment, but you can pull the pin on your Arc Grenade. This will allow you to throw it much faster once you've exited out of Phase Shift. With he blast radius being relatively large, you're most likely are going to hit your oppoent. Once you have, it's just a matter of time before they fall victim to the "Phase Attack."
