To Clarify My TARGET AUDIENCE (READ DESCRIPTION!)
3Hey guys, this is a quick but serious video. The purpose of this video is to clarify my INTENDED TARGET AUDIENCE for this channel. I know it probably isn't really necessary, but I feel like this very much needs to be said.
To summarise this video, not once have I uploaded with the intention to appeal to CHILDREN. This means anyone who is legally, by the law, a child.
Some examples of this are:
- Under US Laws, this is a child who is anyone under the age of 13 (basically 12 and below).
- Under Australian Laws (Section 11 of the Children and Young People Act (2008), a child is anyone who is legally under 12 years old. Under Section 13
My content had never been directed to kids, and it never will be. Regardless of what I upload to this channel, my content is targeted to people 13 YEARS AND OVER, not people 12 YEARS AND UNDER!
Thank you for reading this if you have. To the parents that let their kids roam the internet without proper supervision, please ensure that your child uses YouTube Kids! It's there for a reason.
To anyone who works for Google/YouTube that sees this: Don't ever think it is a good idea to take data from children. It never was and it never will be. This is the consequences of your actions, and they are NOT GOOD consequences!
