Toe Jam & Earl: Panic on Funkotron (Sega Genesis) - Zilog and Moto #195
31Well, this week's video was definitely an adventure. Not because of any problems with Panic on Funkotron, that was actually a very nice experience, and went exactly as I was hoping it would.
No, the problem was my home PC. About half-way through the week, my PC started having odd blue screen and freezing issues. It steadily got worse, and got wholly unreliable. After some troubleshooting, I came to the surprising realization that my processor was bad?!? And if you know PCs, this is a sure fire way to start a complete rebuild.
So, that's what I did. Unfortunately, I made a dumb, dumb mistake as I was almost done, and used an incompatible power cable for my non SSD hard drives...and fried all of them. Literally blew them up. 28 TB of storage, up in smoke.
Thankfully, all the hard work for this video was saved on the SSDs, and I've finally got a working PC again, but all my other videos, music, games...well, let's just say I was hitting F on my keyboard, figuratively.
Anyway, the GOOD news is Panic on Funkotron is great, and I had a fun time playing it this week for the review. Take a look, and enjoy the funk!
