Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE (幻影異聞録♯FE, Genei Ibun Roku #FE, "Illusory Revelations ♯FE") is a role-playing game developed by Atlus and published by Nintendo for the Wii U, and later ported to the Nintendo Switch. It was originally released in Japan on December 26, 2015, and in North America on June 24, 2016.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, a collaboration between Nintendo and Atlus, originally stemmed from Nintendo producer Kaori Ando's desire for a crossover involving Fire Emblem and Pokémon, which was later reimagined as a Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei fusion. Despite initial skepticism from Atlus, they eventually expressed enthusiasm, with Shinjiro Takada taking on a pivotal role as a producer. The game had two directors, Mitsuru Hirata and Eiji Ishida, and marked Atlus' first original title for eighth-generation consoles. The development spanned five years, from conception to release.

Early on, there was uncertainty about whether Atlus or Intelligent Systems (the Fire Emblem developer) would take the lead in development. Initially conceived as a simulation game similar to Fire Emblem, the project evolved into a traditional RPG under Atlus' guidance. The game aimed to blend elements from both series while catering to fans of Shin Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem.

The choice of platform for Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE was influenced by the success of Fire Emblem on the 3DS, leading to its development for the Wii U. There were early proposals for a 3DS version, but development was never started on that project.

The game's soundtrack was composed by Yoshiaki Fujisawa.
