For the 7 kills trophies my goal was to fill 2 cars with captured enemies and then blow them up. I captured 8 enemies just in-case one of the enemies survived. This worked flawlessly with the Mine however with the C4 I ran into troubles when the Unidad arrived but still managed to get the trophy due to where they were positioned.

For the mortar kill, I went to a site where you have to steal a helicopter and threw a grenade to spook the enemies which also triggers an enemy to take off with the helicopter then launched the mortars.
