Briefing:
The intel you extracted at Liberty Port turned out to be a goldmine. There is some good news, but one significantly bad one as well.

It seems Zhànshì had in fact immigrated her many 'doubles' in Auroa with the help of Sentinel, in order to facilitate building her own 'empire' of equally experiences 'soldiers' under the protection of the PMC. Named 'Project Dolos', Zhànshì herself selects a group of candidates from different parts of the world (sometimes forcibly) that would become her doubles. She would then have them shipped here to the archipelago, have their body and facial features altered as well as go through weeks of intensive training before becoming what she deemed as her equal. It is said the training is so intense, only 10% make it out alive. The good news is, intel was able to get a hold of details and locations of all the current active Zhànshì doubles here in Auroa.

The bad news is, most of them left Auroa already, most likely with assignments of their own. Unfortunately, this side of the operation remains dark and intel is still trying to piece together to figure out locations and targets, but it's taking longer than we anticipated. And that's not the worst of it. From what it looks like from the data you pulled, it's very unlikely that Zhànshì herself is in the archipelago. He have historical data indicating frequent remote calls from secure locations, each meant for every double who either volunteered or was forced to join. When we informed every law agency in the world who's hunting her, as well as the DoD, the news didn't bode well. At least we can comfort ourselves to the fact that we did as much as we could on our part...

Zhànshì's secure means of communication to Sentinel are done via a secure network run by a Sentinel Commander in Seal Islands. From what we've understood, she is able to link to the PMC Commander via an fibreoptic cable that runs from the depths of the Pacific right up to Emelius Port. The signal is then relayed to any Sentinel department around the archipelago, which is 100% secure and untappable. If we can't access it remotely, then we'll just have to dig in the server ourselves.

This will be your primary objective Ghosts. Be warned, the computer is definitely rigged with a fail-safe system that would trigger an enemy QRF response, so make sure you and your team are ready once you hack into the system. Your secondary objective would be to kidnap the commander responsible for these comms. Intel has him currently residing in the Ammunitions Storage.

If we can cut Zhànshì completely off from the Archipelago, it would be a significant victory for us and the rebels, even if it's temporary.
