Briefing:
It would seem Auroa has officially become Zhànshì's new base of operations. With the protection of Sentinel, the swarm securing the island and no intention of ever being extradited, this has become the safest haven for the Chinese terrorist. Save for the Outcasts and ourselves, of course. The US and her allies have officially made it clear that it is up to us now to find and capture the terrorist known as Zhànshì, either dead or alive.

More attacks across the globe have increased, with many cities in Europe and the US the highest hit. Zhànshì's methods tend to be similar: either bombings (mostly from nearby vehicles), kidnappings (which result in live executions from her supporters) and, at times, assassinations by professional killers (paid mostly upfront). Our job now is to do our best in slowing down her operations as much as possible, by inflicting as much damage as we can on Sentinel and others in the archipelago working for her.

Intel's latest find has uncovered details that Sentinel are moving a set of goods to Myanmar where, coincidently, a civil war is ongoing. Sentinel have made deals with the current dictator before and Zhànshì herself has been spotted in the country a few times in the past. Whatever they're sending, we can safely guess it's not relief supplies. Our suspicions are further justified by the fact that both are heavily guarded, particularly the one in Camp Black Widow, which has been designated your primary target. The second is located in the Battery Farm further east. The latter isn't as well guarded, but you'll find the guards inside on high alert anyway.

Let's hope whatever you bring back could shed light as to Zhànshì's current whereabouts.
