Briefing:
By now you've heard that the USS California, a Los-Angeles Nuclear Submarine, was hijacked by Sentinel while on its way to the Indian Ocean for its latest deployment. The DoD, DIA and the CIA are scratching their heads on how they pulled this off and, quite frankly, so are we. After its disappearance, we scrambled as many Outcast recon units all over the archipelago with the best of our abilities and after some careful evaluation from the feedback we've received, we think we may now where the sub, or at least some of its parts, is located.

Two trucks were seen leaving the major port in the Channels region, headed in different directions. Drone scans has identified what looks like military-grade equipment, one which we could almost tell had a US flag on it. We're certain these trucks contain the remaining parts of the sub and its our job to eliminate them ASAP.

Unfortunately one of them evaded us but lucky for us, the other broke down mid-journey and is now stuck near a bridge just south of the Cold War Ruins. We are certain it was headed to the Set Up Startup Skell facility, we're just not sure why. What remains to do now is take out the first truck while sweep through both the Cold War Ruins and the Set Up Startup for further intel, in the hope we'll be able to dig out the other as well.

The Pentagon is relying on us to finish the job, Ghosts, so don't let us down. Good luck!
