Well done in collecting the data at Camp Black Widow. Intel have finally managed to decrypt it and the information they have seen and studied paints a very worrisome picture.
The source of the transmission came from the Prototype Workshop in Golem Island (north of Sector 03). It seems that with the help of (unwilling) Skell Engineers and Sentinel, the Wolves are at the final stages of developing a new powerful drone that runs on a small concentrated and stable nuclear core. From the blueprints Intel have looked through, it seems they have modified an existing Behemoth by fitting it with this new engine and added modified and more dangerous weapons. To make matters worse, if the drone is compromised, it has a fail-safe system which renders the core unstable and transforms the drone into a potential nuclear bomb.
If that thing sets off, it could devastate the entire Archipelago.
Camp Black Widow would have been in charge of overseeing the drone's first test, which would have taken place in the Unknown Glacier by Silent Mountain. It was deemed the 'safest' part of the island due to its low population numbers. Once the drone would have finished its first test, it would have been returned to Sector 03 for a further analysis and post-diagnostic tests before going through another trial. We don't know what the reaction of the Wolves has been after your raid in Silent Mountain, but whatever the case, the Prototype Workshop needs to be raided ASAP.
Ghosts, you will head to Sector 03, infiltrate the facility and take out any guards within it (Wolves, Sentinel and whoever else is deemed a threat). Once it is cleared, Command will send a NEST team with extra engineers to take out the drone before enemy backup arrives.
Expect a highly trained enemy at the gates, and watch out particularly for enemy snipers and missile launchers.
