Evelyn Walters, the Skell Tech worker you rescued, informed Intel not only of the Doctor's current whereabouts, but why she spoke to him before his evasion. Apparently 2 weeks ago she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, which thankfully is still in its early stages. The doctor, who had developed a good relationship with her over the years, promised to help her by giving her permission to go stateside and getting a new form of treatment by his brother who is a oncologist. However this promise fell through when his role for Sentinel had become aware to the Outcasts. She had confronted him because he would not keep his promise and threatened to reveal his hiding place if he didn't do anything to help her.
When Sentinel got wind of this, they immediately captured her and placed a high level of security around until this whole situation blew over. They were going to make sure she was never treated as a form of punishment for nearly jeopardising the Doctor's current whereabouts. This of course all changed once you rescued her. Now she is on her way to the hospital to be treated by Auroa's best specialist, at the behest of Command.
Ghosts, the doctor's is currently hiding in the Juice Processing Centre. Although the area is well guarded, there are no extra drones and no alarms to trigger reinforcements. You will, however, need to take care of the caller in order to avoid enemy QRF. Once you have the good doctor, take him to the abandoned site just across the Brown Homestead where he will be questioned.
