ToME - Delving A Little Bit Into the Open World
3ToME features a very diverse world background where there is emphasis on Race Superiority, Fear of Magic, Opportunistic Adventurers, and a Varied Set of Dungeons. I trapeze a bit around the World Map in this episode to show off what I can see on the World Map and show the various locations.
Probably a big thing about this episode is that I discover the town of Zigur, and read a little bit of the Lore there originating from its Library. Perhaps in future episodes I'll be lucky enough to get an escort quest with a spellcaster too which will show you a little feature available once you find Zigur. One minor annoyance though is that after reading the lore in Zigur, I forget to turn off my voice morphing.
There is of course also a little Dungeon Raiding as well, as I delve into the Ruins of Kor'Pul, and battle the many undead and vermin enemies running around in there. I also get a little vault with skeletal mages too and an artefact.
The artefact is important as on the World Map I discovered the Novice Mage looking to get into Anglowen. After giving her the Artefact, I gain access to the place as well as unlock the Archmage class.
