Tonkatsu (crumbed pork) | Japanese Cooking for Idiots | 英国人クライブの日本食クッキング「とんかつ」
Tonkatsu - or Crumbed Pork is super tasty and easy to make. You can put in sandwiches, or serve with a side dish. I tested it on my kids and they liked it. Try and use panko breadcrumbs for best taste. Enjoy

Put pork loin into beaten egg and then breadcrumbs.
pour oil into pan and heat to about 170 ° C (if you add bread crumbs, it will be spattered and sprinkled without burn),
