Miso Ramen Recipe | Japanese Cooking for Idiots | 味噌ラーメン
Miso Ramen is a classic Japanese dish, and a number of people have requested this one.
Here's how:
[Ingredients]
2 ramen noodles
★ 700cc Water
★ 2.5 tablespoons miso
★1.5 tbsp Chinese or Japanese chicken stock
★ 2 tablespoons sake
★ 2 teaspoons Chinese chilli bean paste
★ salt and pepper
★1.5 teaspoons sugar
★ Grated garlic ( optional)
★ grated ginger (optional)
★ 2 tablespoons sesame
★ 2 tablespoons sesame oil
■ topping
About 1/3 of carrot
About half onion
About 1/4 cabbage
About 1/2 bag of bean sprouts
Salt and pepper
1.Boil noodles in hot water.
2. Place the other ingredients(★) in a pot and simmer.
Topping
3. Cut the vegetables listed in topping, add salad oil (large 2) and sesame oil (large 1) to a heated frying pan, add vegetables in and stir fry. Add some salt and pepper to season.
4. If it gets cold, leave it and start boiling the noodles.
In the meantime, warm the soup again.
5. Add noodles and toppings in the soup
