Nuzlocke rules:
1. You may Only catch the first Pokemon in each new route/area. Failure to catch that Pokemon, and you will not be able to catch another one for that route.
2. If a Pokemon faints, It is considered lost and may never be used again.
3. You must nickname all of your Pokemon. This is to form a stronger bond with your Pokemon so that when they die, it will feel more meaningful.
Randomizer rules:
1. Every encounter and static Pokemon are random.
meaning you can encounter whatever whenever.
2. Abillities are also random to make the gameplay more challenging.
3. All items are random so you can either get very lucky or very unlucky.
4. Every trainer will also have randomized Pokémon so you will never know what to expect.
Rules For the Colorlocke
1. You must catch or obtain only the first eligible obtainable Pokemon you encounter in any route or area (re-encounter until you find your typing). Fail to catch it and you get nothing for the area. (Rule doesn't apply until the player first obtain pokeballs)
2. You may only capture a Pokemon whose typing matches the players chosen type; Pokemon whose evolution has eligible typing may also be captured but must be evolved into the respective typing.
3. Dupes Clause is recommended, to add to the uniqueness of each Pokemon. This means you do not count any encounter against any Pokemon whose species you have already caught, which is usually determined by the Poke Ball symbol by their HP bar.
4. Dual types are allowed to give more coverage, even if its primary type is not the respective type.
