Look, I’m a huge Sonic fan, he is one of my favourite video game and fictional characters of all time and we NEED another Sonic character for Smash Ultimate! I mostly want a Sonic character, that is my dream. One character left for the fighters pass….and I’m hoping it’s a Sonic character. Sonic is like the Looney Tunes of gaming, and he is terribly represented in Smash Ultimate. His moves suck and are boring, they really could have done more instead of making his down B and Side B the same. I understood why that happened in Brawl, since there wasn’t much development time. But in Ultimate? Heck no! Seriously, there is so much they could have done with Sonic but they didn’t. If we got another Sonic character, I’d bet they would be a million times more fun than Sonic, have better moves and wouldn’t be a camping character (or at least as much as Sonic). Please Sakurai, you added Ken from Street Fighter, and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy…I really hope another Sonic character gets in. I don’t care what Sonic character it is, literally any Sonic character would satisfy me. Since there is only one fighter left, they should end it off with a Big Bang, something really hype, something that would knock people off their seats. Well, here are my ideas for Sonic characters that could be playable fighters. This list is mostly based on how iconic they are, who I want to get in and how good their move sets would be. I really would have loved to see Shadow since he is one of my favourites and he would be a lot better than Sonic. Not to mention, he is very iconic and is the second most popular character in Sonic. I would have also loved to see Knuckles. Unfortunately, they are assist trophies. But it seems like either Eggman or Tails are most likely to get in, and honestly it makes a lot of sense for either of them to get in. Well anyway. What do you guys think? Do you agree with me?
